The box is super cool and I love the symbol and latch. The point protector definitely has its use. The wand was shipped in the box and wrapped in tissue paper. The box was wrapped in plastic. I’m thankful it arrived with no scratched or snaps!! I’m so happy with this wand, and it’s well worth the price. The box is well made. I think the little clasp on the front gives it some real charm.The wands okay. I'm not really a fan of the sharp tip, but the width is good. It fits in my hand nicely. The one I received was very swishy, but the length made delicate movements a bit more difficult.The stain is very lovely. The change in gradient is awesome. Whatever they used to seal this is really smooth. You can't really feel much of the grain, which was also a bit of a downside for me.It feels a bit light, but I believe that's just the kind of wood. My last wand was ash, and it was both a little bit shorter and slightly heavier.This wand didn't really work out for me, but it's a cute addition to my bookshelf.
