The Quality Airbrush Champion That Stands Out Above The Competition.
I never thought I’d be the guy with an airbrush on his desk, but here we are. I bought this kit mostly out of curiosity, and now I feel like a hobby shop superhero. The compressor kicks out a steady 40 PSI, which sounds uber-technical, but in practice, it means you'll get a nice smooth, even spray without sputters. That alone makes it feel way fancier than the budget kit I tried before. The saying, "You get what you pay for", has never been truer for me. The three nozzle sizes (0.2, 0.3, 0.5mm) give me options depending on whether I’m doing fine detail work or covering larger areas. I first tested it while building a model car. That went swimmingly, so I upped my game. Next, I got daring and tried using it with food coloring on a cupcake. Who am I right now, a freakin' Cake Boss? That was done with fantastic results. Finally, I sprayed a knife handle with a fairly complex design that I would have never thought to attempt before. It handled all three scenarios like a true champ. Apparently, this little dude doesn’t care what it’s painting. It just keeps on truckin' through anything you throw its way. It’s easy to clean thanks to the included kit, and it hasn’t clogged on me yet. That’s a big deal to me, because nothing kills my creativity faster than when I used to spend half an hour poking at a nozzle with a toothpick or tiny paperclip. The compressor does drone on with a low hum that isn’t exactly whisper-quiet. It’s not loud enough to be a dealbreaker, but you’ll know it’s on if you’re in a quiet room. This is the kind of tool that makes me want to invent new projects, just so I can use my new "toy"q. Models, crafts, cake, makeup—you name it. It’s versatile, it’s reliable, and it’s a lot of fun.

Easy to use
Great air compressor. It is a little small , for small jobs but incredible machine. The size is small. Installation is easy , just follow the manual .

Great for taxidermy
Works great for taxidermy in my case, getting into cracks and crevices as needed. So much nicer then using a brush. Can go very light and build as needed. Great kit.

Something is holding back the 5 stars
So I've never used an airbrush. I have a few friends that have and they gave me pointers and whatnot. I think what most people need to know before buying is that if you have a paint you want to use with an airbrush you need to buy something called "Airbrush Thinner" which is neither included nor mentioned here. This is a good brush, reasonably easy to clean, but not really with the tools provided. You'll want a stock of paper towels to actually clean things out. There's some impossible to reach areas, even after fully disassembling using the wire brushes. I recommend getting some acetone and alcohol solvents to actually clean the thing. Water is insufficient, but I always kept these chemicals on hand for painting. It takes a little bit of time to get used to it and figure out how to use the device, meaning what flow rate you want (set by the screw at the back end and the pull switch simultaneously) and what distance to be for what effect. It's almost impossible to describe what consistency you need for the paint, but I use Citadel Acrylic paints and I have found 1:1 with airbrush thinner seems to get me a pretty good result. Also, a little goes a long long way. Even when the dispenser appears empty I've been able to paint for another 5 minutes with whatever is in the internals. Use less than you think you need. I paint models and two drops of paint and two drops of thinner allowed me to paint 7 models and I had to dump the remainder, and since it wasn't all used the cleanup takes quite a bit longer since there's pockets of paint to clean out. It's very easy to use, it's good for beginners, but I think that there's really nothing good for how to "start" painting with one. I was entirely driven by trial and error, even with friends that have used other airbrushes. I hope that I've given you a simple starting point. The description is innacurate, but in a good way. This actually comes with 3 sizes for the system. So far I've only used the 0.2 mm needle setup, and it's done wonders for me. I haven't noticed anything significant between changing the air pressure other than I get more consistent results at the green/max setting. This could very well depend on usage and material being sprayed. I have used both metallic and regular acrylic paints to equally good effect, so particulate matter should be no problem even with the smallest setting. It's good, but there's a ton more to know about what to do than anything provided here. You can learn it quickly and adjust it, but be ready to waste some paints. I have no idea how much area I could cover with a full container of paint, but the largest size in the set feels like I could paint walls of a house if I had the patience.

I recently purchased this Mini Airbrush Kit & Compressor, and I am beyond impressed with its performance! Whether you're a beginner or a professional, this little powerhouse is a fantastic investment for various projects, including makeup application, crafts, model painting, cake decorating, and more. Compact & Portable Design One of the best things about this airbrush kit is its mini size and lightweight build. The cordless design makes it super convenient to use without being restricted by cables or bulky equipment. It fits comfortably in hand and is easy to carry around, making it perfect for on-the-go applications. Powerful & Quiet Compressor Despite its small size, the compressor delivers consistent airflow and pressure, ensuring smooth and even coverage. I was surprised at how quiet it operates—no annoying loud noise, just a soft hum that doesn't disrupt my work. It also charges quickly via USB and has a decent battery life, allowing me to complete multiple projects on a single charge. Smooth & Precise Airbrushing The dual-action airbrush allows for better control over the airflow and paint mixture, giving me a professional-quality finish every time. The fine mist application is perfect for makeup, providing a flawless, airbrushed look that blends seamlessly. It’s also great for small craft projects, miniatures, and detailed artwork—the precision is just fantastic! Easy to Use & Clean This kit is beginner-friendly, with simple controls that make it easy to operate right out of the box. The included cleaning tools make maintenance a breeze, and disassembling the airbrush for a deep clean is straightforward. I also love that it comes with multiple nozzle sizes, allowing for different spray patterns depending on the project. Versatile & Multi-Purpose I've used this for foundation and body art, and the results were absolutely stunning—lightweight, even coverage without clogging or streaking. It's also amazing for model painting, where precision is key, and it handled fine details effortlessly. I even tried it for cake decorating, and the airbrush worked beautifully for creating smooth gradients and intricate designs! Final Thoughts This mini airbrush kit & compressor is a must-have for anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile, and portable airbrushing solution. It’s compact, efficient, and delivers professional results across different applications. Whether you're using it for makeup, hobbies, or crafts, this kit will not disappoint. Highly recommend! ✅ Pros: ✔️ Compact & lightweight for easy portability ✔️ Quiet yet powerful compressor ✔️ Dual-action airbrush for precise control ✔️ Great for makeup, crafts, and various projects ✔️ Long battery life with quick USB charging ✔️ Easy to use and clean ❌ Cons: ➖ May need refilling often for larger projects ➖ Takes a little practice for beginners (but worth it!) Overall, this is an excellent airbrush kit, and I’d definitely purchase it again. If you're considering getting one, go for it—you won't regret it! 🎨✨

what is the thread size and type????????
As a beginner when it comes to airbrushing, this airbrush kit is awesome. Easy to use, easy to understand. The only issue I have is the following: I can figure out what the thread type is, I have purchased a secondary airbrush and the hose will not connect. Id love to know what type of threading this is and size so I can make sure I buy proper adapters moving forward.

It works! Great bang for your buck.
I am very pleasantly surprised. It works great! Having owned a Badger airbrush and legit compressor many years ago, I was expecting to get a total piece of junk, which this isn't. Yes, it is a very inexpensive entry-level airbrush made up of inexpensive components, but it gets the job done. I've used it for a total of five hours painting Warhammer models, and with a proper cleaning before my first use and in between sessions, it's worked flawlessly. The compressor is not loud, and efficient. It only has three airflow settings; low, medium, and high, so that leaves a little to be desired, but I can't really ask for more from a $60 kit. Comes with all the accessories you need to maintain it. The little airbrush holder that fits on the side of the compressor is not the best. The hose on the airbrush is obstructed by the hose on the compressor so it doesn't really sit well in the holder (see pic #2). It doesn't fall out though, Even when running, so it works. I will be ordering a proper airbrush holder very soon. If you are looking for an inexpensive airbrush for hobby use and you don't mind potentially upgrading in the future, this is for you. I am fairly certain that you could upgrade certain parts in it and it would be even better. I'm giving it four out of five stars because the first unit I received, the box was in several pieces, all the accessories were loose in the Amazon bag. This wasn't the fault of the carrier, it was definitely put in there like this because when I received my replacement, the box was sealed in plastic and all the accessories were packed away nicely in separate bags. I've kept the photo of the first one in my review, so everyone can see what I mean. Hopefully yours doesn't show up like that.

Work for 20 minutes then needs a rest.
EDIT: so the instructions do say it needs a cool down after 30 minutes, cautionary tale for future users, read the FAQ. 5 stars. Compressor fails after two uses. I saw another review about not using the compressor for more than 20 minute but I can't see anything about that in the instructions or this listing so maybe that was for an older version. Regardless, I used the compressor for about 30 and it just stopped pushing air, I left it unplugged for a while and and still nothing. I should have read some of the 2 and 1 star reviews, seems this is a common issue. Apart from that the brush and accessories seem good quality and worked well for the limited time I had to try it out.

Love it
Really happy with this airbrush kit! It’s super easy to set up and perfect if you’re just starting out but still want nice, professional-looking results. The compressor is compact but powerful enough, and the dual-action trigger gives you good control once you get used to it. I mainly use it for crafts and blending, and it does a lovely smooth job. Just make sure your paint is thinned properly to avoid clogging, and clean it after each use.
