Good flavor and dissolved quickly. Just needed stronger dose personally.

I am on my second bottle of this product. It's a great natural product without artificial sweeteners. It tastes good. It's very effective and you can take smaller doses. I originally bought Bluebonnet Melatonin for my children for an occasional sleep aid as it is only 1 mg tablets. Most products available in stores are 3-5 mg tablets. My 7 and 10 yr old can be given two tablets, for a total of 2 mg, and it works like a charm. I also discovered that it is super effective at occasionally calming my dog who is terrified of fireworks. WAY MORE EFFECTIVE than tranquilizers. She gets 3 mg. What makes this formula perfect for dogs is that there is no Xylitol in it. Most, if not all, of store bought formulations of children's and adult melatonin is sweetened with Xylitol which is very poisonous to dogs. This is not. You can't go wrong. Great for humans and pets alike! Love this stuff!

After much research on Melatonin, I found that there are great health benefits of low doses of Melatonin. It was recommended that no more than 1mg be taken a few hours before bedtime. Well, the first night I took it, it was "lights out" for me. I fell asleep easily and didn't wake up, or if I did, quickly fell back asleep. The tiny chewable pills taste good and dissolve easily. I will buy them again.

This is a GREAT melatonin! I love that it's a 1mg chewable for kids. And it's hard to find such a low dose too. Will definitely keep buying as needed. It has an excellent flavor for picky kids too. It tastes like cotton candy.

I've been using this brand for many years they are strong so I cut them in half. That way no hangover or tiredness the next day.

I was really hoping for this to make me fall asleep on those days where my brain was too active. I did make me nod off but an hour or two later I was having very vivid dreams and having sensations in my urinary tract that woke me up. I much prefer benadryl.
