Really works.
My surgeons office gave me this and it really helps fade your scars. I ran out and tried a cheaper brand which didn’t work as good. Came back to buy this because it works.

It’s a great scar cream -better than mederma
This is a great scar cream. It’s a bit pricey however worth it! I had a big surgery and used for a year.. you can hardly see my scar. It’s great

It works!
Works. I've used this on 3 occasions (the removal of small basal cell growths)...and on all 3 occasions have applied this scar reduction therapy. It's expensive, but worth it. It significantly reduces (if not eliminates) the scar, making it essentially invisible within a year (2-3 months of regular use followed by the simple passage of time).

Must have for scars
Great if you've had surgery. The gel seems solid and tends to dry down nicely. And the sun lock is crucial.

Biocorneum - Promising Scar Treatment with a Few Drawbacks
As someone on a mission to fade scars, I recently started using Biocorneum, and while it's still too early to make a definitive judgment on its effectiveness, I have a few initial thoughts to share: Firstly, it's important to note that I'm using Biocorneum in conjunction with scar tape, as recommended. This combination approach holds promise for scar fading, and I remain hopeful that the results will be significant. However, as with any scar treatment, it takes time for noticeable changes to occur, and patience is key. One aspect that stands out about Biocorneum is its price. It's undeniably on the pricier side, which might deter some potential users. Given the cost, I have high expectations for the product and hope that it will deliver remarkable results. Only time will tell if it lives up to its price tag. While using Biocorneum, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. Firstly, the product has a texture that is reminiscent of Elmer's glue, which might not be the most appealing sensation. Additionally, it takes a while to dry completely, which can be a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry. It's crucial to allow ample time for the product to dry before getting dressed to avoid staining clothing. This particular aspect requires extra caution and can be a slight inconvenience in the mornings or when you're on the go. In summary, my experience with Biocorneum so far has been a mixed bag. While it's too soon to see significant scar fading effects, I appreciate the combination approach of using Biocorneum alongside scar tape. However, the product's higher price point may deter some potential users. Furthermore, the texture that resembles Elmer's glue and the time it takes to dry completely can be minor drawbacks. Despite these concerns, I remain optimistic about Biocorneum's potential and will continue to monitor its impact on my scars. If you're willing to invest in a scar treatment and exercise patience, Biocorneum could be worth considering.

Good product, but wasteful product dispensing system
I told my doctor that I had been using Mederma on scars but that it didn't seem to be doing its job. She recommended this Biocorneum Advanced Scar Treatment product, saying in her opinion that although it's more expensive, it's worth it because it works much better. I took off a star off for the reason I'll explain below. This review is not at all about the seller, who is fine. It is all about how the manufacturer's product dispensing system is highly wasteful for this very expensive, but good, product. My first bottle just ran out (or so I thought) and my second bottle is on its way, but I reasoned that there would still be some residue in the 'empty' bottle to allow me to continue treatment of my scars in the meantime. So I pried off the top of the 0.69 oz (about 19.5 grams) dispenser container. It wasn't easy but I was careful. For that size container, the cost is sbout $109 per oz (yes, $109 per ounce). This stuff is expensive, but I deemed it to be worth it to minimize the very visible scar on my chest and the large unsightly scar from knee replacement surgery. To my astonishment, there was a LOT of the scar cream still inside the bottle. A LOT, precisely 9.5 grams, nearly HALF of what I paid for! Look at the photo I uploaded. I put the tip of a ballpoint pen in the photo to provide scale as to how much protuct remained inside the 'empty' pump container. I hope the manufacturer sees this review. They should change the product container to a small jar instead of a bottle with a pump dispensing system. Of course that would mean that buyers would get full value for their money, and would have to buy half as much, so I am doubtful that they will do it. What a shame. To close, the product is good, but unless you carefully pry the top off of the 'empty' container, you will be wasting nearly half of your money.

Es una crema suave, no tiene olor. Es reciente mi herida pero ha comenzado a desvanecerse. Es importante masajear. Con una pequeña cantidad es suficiente ya que se esparce bien y cubre el área. Tengo piel sensible u no me irrito. Espero en unos meses ver más resultados.
