Thomastik-Infeld Rondo Violin Set 4/4 Synthetic Core Medium Tension - RO100

These strings sound great, especially on an older instrument, where they really make the wood sing. They bring a sweet tone that's lovely. But where they really stand out are stability and longevity. They stretch almost instantly after putting them on, you could replace one in a concert and barely need to retune. And where I was previously replacing Dominants about every 8 weeks, these lasted 5 1/2 months- nearly 3 times as long. Since they don't cost 3x as much, this is actually a good value for a high quality string set!

I’ve these strings for a while now, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how long they’ve lasted me. The sound is a bit on the sharper side for the A and E strings, but the lower strings have a good resonance. In my opinion, it’s among the higher level of strings while still being under the $100 mark. Great choice!

The installation was easy, but one of the strings broke right after I put it on. Luckily, I had an extra. While the product was expensive, the quality isn't what I expected.

Love the tone it's a little pricey but definitely worth it

Cuerdas recomendadas por el profesor de violín de mis hijas. Dice que son de buena calidad a un buen precio.

I recommend these strings

liked these in the past. Will use these soon

I have used the Rondo strings on my daughter's violin in the past and the previous set sounded great for almost a year. We decided to replace with the same strings (Rondo) and they sounded good for about 2-3 weeks. After less than three months, they sound scratchy and we can see wear marks on all strings where the bow makes contact. She is a serious student but her practice/performance time has not increased since last year. I am not confident that I received a genuine product - watch out!

E線がボールエンドなことに気が付かずに購入してしまいました。 ループエンドのセットもあるとありがたいです。

Ottime come sempre

Very good. It's a pity not to have these deals so often
