It is a mindset that regular people are not taught. Also that it is a team effort, you need a team of professionals helping you. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good Nuggets, but Not Totally Practical *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2013* Loral has put together a book that provides life examples that inspire, but may be hard to find yourself in the situation. Being a person that has filed bankruptcy before, I would have liked to see a scenerio with a client that had more challenging circumstances. Most of the examples were of people that had some assets & equity. There are, however, people in the world that have NOTHING; they're renting, driving a beater, have gone through years of layoffs which diminished any simblance of an asset, and are currently living paycheck to paycheck. I wanted to see Loral's principles help that person.The principles of starting with a Gap Analysis, Financial Baseline, etc. are good steps for anyone that is ready to start the Wealth Cycle. There are tons of nuggets to glean from this book, but the overall purpose seems to get a person to join in with Loral's Coaching program. This is all good, it's her book, and most other author's would probably promote their other products too. I just feel the book should stand alone, and not leave the reader feeling like success will not happen unless this coaching team is utilized.Final words, I would recommend the book, but would recommend in a future revised publishing to add a chapter of an example of someone whe has NOTHING. Sure, starting a cash machine is a great first step, but in my opinioin seems like a giant chasm still exists to getting to the Asset Building phase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Millionaire Maker *by R***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2006* Overall, this book is worth reading. She goes through the fundamentals of how to become wealthier in a hurry. First, boost your income dramatically; second build equity in investments (usually rental properties). Another principle, of course, is to pay yourself first, which Loral advocates. Loral's approach is to get people to think about how to boost their income within their given interests and skill sets; and how to run a business. She uses her own terminology (i.e "gap analysis" and some other buzzwords that you have to get used to) but overall her logic is easy to follow. She goes through a number of scenarios with her before and after illustrations of people's situations.
