Easy to put together. Sturdy. Holds a lot and organize nicely. Glad I got TWO! Just perfect height to reach top shelf and you can adjust them too!

I was look for a 5 or 6 level adjustable shelf and this one fit the height requirement but a few inches short in the width department, but it meets my needs for storing things in my den. I have other wire shelving that are the about the same height, but this is the first one that the vertical legs were not one piece or multiple pieces that screw together. This had pieces that inserted into each other. At first, I thought about returning the shelf but since it wasn't going to stock with heavy weight, it should not be a problem. Since not every piece inserted easily, I used a rubber mallet to pound them down when needed. It takes 4 pieces for each vertical leg and while there are wrapped in 4 packages, they are not label A, B, C, and D so you should identify which pieces are the bottom and top pieces. The two middle pieces are interchangeable. They provide a lot of extra pieces that you need to place together to hold the shelf at the right level which is good since a few will pop off when putting the shelves on them. They do not break, but you can just look for them when the job is complete instead after each time they pop off. Use a rubber mallet to make sure your shelf is snugged tight to those pieces. If you put the highest shelf on the very top, it is not a good fit, so I use a rubber mallet to get it to fit as well as possible. The instructions are not the best, but if you put wire shelving before, it is all about the same and easy to visualize how to put it together. It is sturdy enough for my needs, before I loaded it up, it does wiggle a little because of its height to width ratio.

This rack was a decent price for what you get. It’s definitely lightweight. I put it together in my living room and carried it with one hand to the kitchen. The height and size is good. It stores what I need it to. Mine was not missing any parts, and in fact came with extra parts. I have another rack that looks similar to this (in fact I thought I was buying the same rack again), but is much sturdier. I use them in my apartment’s kitchen as pantry racks holding breads, spices, cooking oil, dog treats, canned goods, as well as some cast iron pans and some Pyrex dishes. The other rack actually had some hardware (screws and washers etc) and I trust that to hold the heavier items. This rack is functional, but uses friction to stay together. You assemble the poles and feet, and then use plastic clips at certain spots on the poles, each shelf slides over the poles and the tight squeeze of these clips is what keeps them in place. I don’t know if over time these plastic clips will hold the shelves in place and could crack or break. I won’t be putting anything heavy on these shelves… at least not the higher ones.

I like this shelf a lot. Bought it for storing towels in bathroom. Very sturdy, nothing too heavy on it, but seems to do well with the second one I bought for storage. A bit wonky to put together, but once everything is in place it feels very strong. Would recommend.
