No. Fire Sticks have web browser, not Roku.

Does it have disney + app on it? is it installed or can it be downloaded in the uae ?

Disney+ is not available on any roku at this time. Disney has only made the app available on Android 10 or above tvs, Android or Apple phones/ tablets...do not buy the roku if this is what you are looking for. If you really want to watch Disney then you will need to Cast from the device where it is installed....additionally Disney has issues with devices that don't support HDR Playback...on a Note 10 most shows or movies are very dark and I will cancel my subscription till better support comes about both for the roku and my android devices...

Hi, can i install osn?

No, the ROKU does not have an external (or internal) antenna input and does not receive local channels off air. You would just change the input from HDMI to antenna in the OSD menu on the TV.
