This cable worked 1st try on connection with Series X Xbox and was great connection. Passed Xbox multiplayer test. I had trouble with every other cable I’ve tried but this worked perfectly. Sheath is labeled with technical information data, its sealed box from Amazon and sold by Cable Matters. It’s legit quality cable. I think any ratings under 5 stars are wrong and they don’t know what they’re talking about. Price is fair

Very good quality ALWAYS! I made an error and had to order a longer cable but the quality on this one was good enough that I had no reason to send it back as it will still get used in the future for another project. I've used some of the thinner jacketed type and they just scream CHEAP to me. Usually it show over time too. I've bought a few of this exact type elsewhere and they've always delivered in both performance and durability and they look clean too. And for what they cost? Why not? Flexible enough to easily manage or wrap up as a service loop but will stay where you put it too. Infinitely better than they ultra-cheap crappy ones, SERIOUSLY! The cheap ones you're ALWAYS taking a chance with too.

Plugged this in and everything just worked right away with no setup or issues whatsoever. The connectors click in firmly and feel really solid but are still easy to unplug when you need to without having to fight with them. I use it for my PC and the speeds are consistent with zero drops which is all I really wanted. Cable Matters has always been a reliable brand and this one lives up to that reputation so if you need a good cable just get this one.
