Comfortable ideal for plantar fasciitis. Padding gives good support. Elasticated, so easily adjustable for all sizes of feet.

I have plantar facitis in my left foot, I’ve tried creams, socks, heeled socks and other things but these cheap simple things are great, don’t get me wrong I also bought a foot massager which has helped massively but since using these the majority of my pain has gone away, can fault them!

Flat feet
Nice n comfy. Good for my burning feet due to flat feet. I wear them while sleeping also.

Manufacturing has changed to poor quality, don't waste your money.
Absolutely terrible. I've had these before and was really happy with the support and relief they provided. They've changed the material in them that provides 'support'. It's now the thinest bit of foam and provides no arch support, I'm extremely dissappinted with these and won't be buying them again. The thickness is no more than simply wearing a second sock. The quality, thickness and pain relief is none existent. The band is also now thiner and therefore distributes around the foot worse so the fit is also worse.

Great Value for Money!
Fabulous value for money for 2 pairs! Easy to put on and really help with arch support. Bought to help make my fracture shoe more comfortable following a stress fracture and these have honestly been a life saver!

Not great
They go flat very fast, cushioning isn’t great, I originally got a pair from Temu which are great and these were supposed to save me switching them between shoes and they were supposed to save me having a gap when washing the other ones but they aren’t nowhere near as good

Really helped
This really helped with my planters fasciitis. I can wear it over my socks and pop different sho s on without having to change any insoles. I wish the padding was thicker though.
