When I first received it, it was to heavy for my shoulder and to heavy for me to try to place on my shoulder. It’s well made and very sturdy. It is now December and I’ve been using it since around the end of October. It is a great product and I can use it with ease now that I’m doing physical therapy and my shoulder has healed nicely. It stays cold for a long time. I know other reviews have stated it doesn’t stay cold very long, but for me it stays cold long enough, and longer.
