Does exactly what it's suppose to. Well made.
First off, try to understand that when it comes to molded plastic, the molds are EXPENSIVE. Companies are not going to purchase dozens of molds every single variation of truck there are, it's just not reasonable to think that way. There are a lot of variations of each type of truck that these are made for. Yours may fit perfect, or you may have an option on your truck that requires you to mod it a bit. My 2019 Silverado (new body) needed only the slightest of "out of the box" thinking to overcome one small little issue.The hole in the gearbox (driver side) is there for the purpose of securing the factory tool kit. My truck has the factory installed rubberized floor cover. The gearbox fits wonderfully, but the tool kit, not so much. The solution for me, install the tool kit upside down on the inside of the gearbox. It's sits up a bit, but the seat sits down just fine. It's not in the way at all. The "jack" on the passenger side is covered by the gear box. I personally like this. If I at some point decide I don't like it, it's as simple as cutting it out. Not rocket science.Easy to install...checkSturdiness...It's molded plastic, so just don't hit it with something heavy like a hammer or throw a hitch into it carelessly in the winter time (duh).Value...It's expensive. What else can I say?Cleaned up the backseat area nicely and no more tie downs, jumper cables or my hitch moving around. Bonus...the UPS guy put it into my garage for me instead of on my porch all on his own. Love that.

This box fitted my 2024 Silverado perfectly. I even have my floor mat underneath and have a bit of space between my box and my seat.
