Not only has it stopped those, it’s stopped my Restless Leg Syndrome as well! It’s a chewable version with a nice lemon flavor/smell that I find pleasant. It dissolves quickly upon chewing and absorbs quickly. I do recommend taking it with at least a little bit of food to avoid an upset stomach.
