WC Wicked Cushions Extra Thick Replacement Earpads Compatible with Sony WH-1000XM3 Headphones - Black

I bought 2 times this replacement after the orginal one. And each set lasted a very long time as the original considering the daily stress I put it through. I bought this for the 2nd time because I really liked the quality. And the noise cancellation works absolutely fine. Can be replaced simply by ourselves, there are youtube videos explaining. And Wicked Cushions remains my choice if I were to replace again.

Perfect. I feel like the noise cancelling is working 300% better.

Update 8/23/26: they finally wore out. A little over three years of use before they started looking worn out/damaged and developed rips. I added a picture to show the difference between the brand new ones I just bought and the ones I had on my XM3, used multiple times a week every week since purchase 3 years ago. Still a great product and I'm happy with the longevity of it. I imagine if I used these more frequently especially when sweating, that they would degrade faster. Update 06/22/25: still works great. No peeling or any visible wear and tear. Update 05/23/2024: still going strong. I added these to my new black xm3 and it looks even better than the silver Original review: 08/05/2023: And for those of you who were like me and wanted to see this color/design on the "gold" headset (it's more silver than gold but ok Sony, go off) here you go. I actually think it fits really well and I'm really happy with it. They took a bit to finagle into the hooks but I got it after a couple mins for each one. The sound cancelation is like 95% ad good as the originals, and the foam is so cushiony. This has breathed life back into my headset and I'm here for it. I'll def be buying again in the future.

Pasują jak oryginalne. Montaż bez problemu, polecam film na YT. Dużo twardsze niż fabryczne, wiedziałem o tym, ale i tak byłem zaskoczony jak bardzo. Wciąż wygodne. ANC zdecydowanie powróciło po wymianie wyeksploatowanych, może nawet mocniejsze.

I am genuinely impressed with how much this has improved my listening experience again! I thought I had just gotten used to noise cancelling or something, as it wasn't as effective anymore compared to how it used to have been. But this was just because of the ear pads losing their shape, softening up and not closing off sounds as well as before. I cannot understate how big of a difference this is. Extremely easy to install and the quality feels just as nice as the ones that came with the headphones. If only they had something for the headband as well!
