A: I don't know about the size part but they're not true to size.  They are very small.

**Q: Please tell me. Size 30 "W is Small-28"-30"?**
A: I wear a size 36, got a size 36 and was like two sizes too small! Get bigger size if you want them to fit. Never did return them, gave them to someone else. Won’t buy again.

Great shorts!!! Been doing bjj for years now and really feel like these are some of the best shorts I’ve ever worn! Super comfy, not too short, tight but not restricting around the waist and feels like really good quality. I went black just so I could match it with any rashguard. Definitely some of my new favorites for bjj! Recommend for anyone of any level just looking for some great bjj shorts.
