These boots are average. The fit is very spacious, and I had to put in a slightly thicker insole to take up the room inside the boot. The materials are good with thick leather construction and decent zippers. The uppers are pretty roomy; you can tuck pants in or wear them over. They are actually great while riding but not so much for walking. Despite having a quasi-Vibram sole, they aren't really meant to go out and walk any distance. I coated mine with Sno-Seal so they're reasonably waterproof now. I was hoping for a more versatile, all-around boot but I find these lacking for much more than just riding.
