Box says that it comes printer a roll of printer paper. I ordered two of these and neither one had a roll of paper in it.

I returned due the fact it doesn't have wifi support. I paid $328 while return, They charged Return Shipping Fee Refund Deduction: ($7.49) Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($128.69). Such a bad decision to buy this product.

We bought this for our retail store to work with our 2nd iPad. Had one previously, they are easy to set up, easy to use, just remember when your system won't do anything, the printer is probably out of paper. It takes big rolls of thermal paper for long use before you have to refill. It is pricey, but well worth the money. It is compact, fits nicely in tight spaces.
