Conveniently Large
I really like it. It’s large and definitely for those of us who cook in large batches and/or want the ease of measuring out quantities over 4 cups at once. If you do not have the space to store it or you are not good at handling large hefty mixing bowls, this is not for you. The quality is good, but it is not to be treated like smaller measuring cups. I have turned/ tumbled over my 2 cup a couple of times and it survived, but this I know will chip and or break if subjected to that roughness.

Being glass it does tend to be rather heavy, lid fits snuggly and is fantastic when bread to rising.

I like having a measuring cup, mixing bowl and cover all in one. It has really added a useful tool for the kitchen.

Love the lid that comes with it.
I store leftover mixes, juices I make and it is very durable. I have had this for over two years now. It cleans very easily and durable. A great buy.

Shattered bowl.
I didn’t open the pampered chef box because what you see on my counter is glass. The bowl arrived shattered. I cut my finger trying to open the box it arrived in. I couldn’t get to the pampered chef box because of all the slithers of glass. Very disappointed.

Durability
Got this for my daughter in law. While staying at her house to babysit while she and my son were on a trip I accidentally broke hers. Got this one to replace it. Love Pampered Chef. A little pricey but worth it because their stuff lasts.

Great for making bread.
It's so nice not having to fill up our little glass liquid measuring cup 5 times when making bread. My wife loves this batter bowl and uses it every time she makes bread which is quite frequently. We love the ease of using it and the fact that it comes with a lid is just icing on the cake...or bread...or whatever. Fantastic product, good quality (as pampered chef always is) and wonderful usage in our home. Paid full price and would definitely recommend to others to purchase this for any large mixing needs.
