Ordered one in Dec 2016, but they are (or we're) no longer being manufactured, so Amazon canceled the third-party order and refunded me. **Q: What are the degrees it bends on the head and foot?** A: The chair opens just like a beach chair does. You crank it all the way forward and then it will set to about 3 or 4 different positions. It was a gift so I can't remember if it folds all the way down like a bed **Q: How do you make this item lock into place at the different positions? Owners say it comes without instruction. I read nothing about how it locks.** A: Hope this makes sense, but you need to move the part of the chair you want to adjust to the folded position and then just move it out until you reach the position you want and it should lock in place. This Cozy Kino Pro Sofa Chair is covered with a much better material that looks like it will stand up to years of use. The material is some kind of thick, vinyl material weave that is attractive and easy to keep clean. The leg-rest portion can lay flat if you so desire and the seat-back will recline all the way to the floor. The only thing I wish it did better was have the ability to straighten the seat-back to a 90 degree angle with the floor. That is not defect with the product, it's just the way it's designed.
