This drink has a really refreshing lychee flavor that is light and not overly sweet. It tastes clean and smooth, which makes it easy to enjoy anytime during the day. This is one of my favorite drinks ever. It helps me feel fuller when I can't eat on a migraine or with my gastroparesis... Sounds crazy probably, but this drink is my golden bottle of survival. It's a very unique taste that sometimes feels a little too strong but at that point, sipping on it is perfect. When you're feeling hungry or low on energy, it always seems to be the perfect thing to chug - at least for me. I have been looking for this forever again because the one shop that had it around me had it disappear off its shelves - I think for rebranding/redesigning - but now that I can get it here? I'm hoping I can continue to keep it in the house. I feel like my health is better when I can have this in reach. The neuro drinks are outstanding and unique - the whole line - but this is my favorite by far.

The new taste is not good. The original taste was much better and did actually taste like lychee fruit.

I've been drinking these nightly before dinner for about 10 days now. At first I wasn't sure if they were doing anything, but after about 3 or 4 days of them, I noticed that I wasn't getting hungry very much anymore and that it didn't take as much to get me full. It sort of takes the edge off of food for me, I never get as ravenous and have a much easier time being smart about my choices and eating less. I've lost about 4 pounds in that time frame, combined with a lot of workouts and eating smart when I do eat. I like to call them my liquid willpower. The subscription is the way to go on these, as my local stores are always sold out. I love the Neuro drinks because they are natural and gentle. The Sonic's are awesome, they give me the boost of energy and really help me focus without feeling jittery or having a terrible crash afterwards. The Sleep's are also awesome, they really do work, but I have to drink them slowly over an hour or so, otherwise they upset my stomach a little and I usually wake up having to go to the bathroom right when I fall asleep. The Gasms are also a lot of fun. ;)

I purchased this drink and, although it did have somewhat of a good taste, little did I know that it was elevating my blood pressure. When I went to see my doctor for my follow up appointment approx. two and a half weeks ago, I was almost admitted in the hospital with a blood pressure of 175/104. Went down immediately after I stopped using it per my doctor's orders. Would like to return the remaining six out of the two cases brought from Amazon.com if they would kindly allow the return. Please, BEWARE!!!

Yum! Lychee is a flavor that once you are used to it, it’s good. I usually grab one to go on 2 mike walk with pooch n it’s quite refreshing and hydrating! Bonus is the fiber! Helps in curbing appetite. Too bad the Price DOUBLED at P & G Store, here at Amazon, so had to lose a Star for that massive price increase!!!!

Makes your body think it's full to help curb your appetite. I drink these after I exercise or about a half hour before a meal. You're only supposed to drink 3 per day and they warn you to consult your doctor if you are nursing or pregnant. Luckily I'm a guy. Don't know how it works and don't care. All I know is it helps me eat less and I'm doing better than just exercise alone. At one point I was losing a pound a day (for almost 20 days) then I hit a wall. I couldn't lose anymore weight for some reason. Come to find out I was eating more because mentally I though and knew I was doing good. This helped stop that and is helping me shed the other 20 I need to lose. I usually weigh 160 and that's what I'm shooting for again. I'm almost there and it's partly thanks to this drink. I could exercise more I guess, but if I burn more calories I want to eat more to make some of that back up (mental thing again). This could also help "shrink" your stomach a bit and when you get it to where you eat a little and feel full just taper yourself off this drink. That's what I'm gonna do!

Usually when I do intense cardio, I am so hungry that I binge on a drive-thru...and that's it. The whole workout and then some is blown. I found this drink about 2-3 years ago and I tried it before I went to the gym. I was absolutly amazed. Not only did I get endurance energy, but I was not hungry. I could actually have a salad and be fine. And it tastes pretty good. Back then it had carbonation in it which I think has been cut out now, but the taste is the same, the effect is the same and I am still happy to get a case (or 2) every month. I find it is great for before work-outs and before dinner... or even in the morning when I am in a rush. No binging because I feel satisified and no jitters!
