Great camera/lights. I have bought 2 of these now. Links to my other ring devices and stored on the ring cloud via a subscription. I only required the lights for the garden for the 2nd device but with the discounts it made sense to a get another camera version. Easy to fit if you already have outside lights so the wiring is in place other wise you may need an electrician to sort that bit. The first one had an issue after 12 months where the lights never completely turned off . Contacted Amazon and they had a replacement sent in a few days

I have got two of these at high level, front and back of house. They are the best cameras I own from the Ring range. They are hard wired meaning you aren’t constantly recharging them. They have floodlights which act as a great deterrent for any potential criminal activity. They connect really well and easily to my home WiFi, and are really stable. There is sometimes a short delay getting to the live view but that’s the case with all of the cameras I’ve used. The picture quality is sufficient I feel, even at night. The sound capture is also very good. It is a decent size to be discreet but also be visible. I actually was able to help a neighbour some few houses down who was driven into, and I shared the video as evidence which they appreciated. Overall I have no regrets buying this, especially during the regular ring sales. Well done Ring!

We wanted an all in one light and camera for our garden and this seemed to fit the bill. We wanted to go with the ring ecosystem as we have the doorbell too. Here is what you want to know. 1. Connection is over 2.4ghz Wi-Fi 2. Connection strength is quite good with eero pro 6 router through two walls and about 10m distance. 3. The siren is loud!!!! 4. The lights are very bright so don’t look at them and they also pivot. 5. The camera itself pivots so you can aim down up left and right. 6. The night vision is acceptable. 7. Motion works great not had an issue with that. 8. The app works well too when it comes to notifications. 9. Live view works good and so does switching on the lights and siren It is a great product just very expensive if it’s on offer for £120 or less buy it! Please vote HELPFUL if I helped your decision.

These are the bees knees. We bought 3 to put around our house and got an electrician to install them during a rewire. They light up the area extremely well and the video quality is great. Motion can be a bit sensitive, but I would prefer that to deter intruders. All the lights are hardwired in to a switch in the loft giving us the option to turn them off if required (not that I can think of a reason to do that). They are expensive at full price, but wait until an Amazon sale to get them at a great bargain.

After a recent attempted breakin we decided we needed a floodlight. We already have a Ring doorbell and so we opted for the Ring floodlight with Camera and speaker. Once you have power where you need to install it it is very quick to install. You then scan the code on the box and link it to your ring account. You can control the light from your phone to be permanentley on (say a late night BBQ in the garden), or permanently off if you are in the garden at night but don't want the glare of the floodlights. I found it illuminates the garden quite well. As with the doorbell if it is triggered then you can have a warning pop up onto your phone; then through the App you can use the speaker to issue a warning or whatever to the intruder. By the way if the zone is triggered it will automatically broadcast (once) thropugh the built in speaker that you are currently being recorded (i believe you can change the message). The resolution is amazing. Not cheap but then this is a quality product.

J'ai installé cette caméra Ring pour sécuriser le jardin à l'arrière de notre maison et je suis très satisfaite de cet achat. Installation : Super facile ! Le branchement s'est fait sans difficulté, même pour quelqu'un qui n'est pas particulièrement bricoleur. Les instructions sont claires et tout s'est déroulé rapidement. Vision nocturne : C'est vraiment le point fort de cette caméra. La qualité d'image de nuit est excellente, on voit très bien ce qui se passe dans le jardin même dans l'obscurité totale. Les projecteurs LED s'activent parfaitement au bon moment. Application Ring : L'app est vraiment intuitive et facile à utiliser. Le paramétrage se fait en quelques minutes, les notifications arrivent rapidement et tout fonctionne de manière fluide. Sécurité jardin : Pour notre usage (protection arrière-maison), c'est exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. La couverture est parfaite et l'effet dissuasif est réel. Je recommande vivement ce produit pour tous ceux qui cherchent une solution de sécurité efficace et simple à mettre en œuvre !

Zur Überwachung unseres Gartens/Hofeinfahrt musste eine Kamera aus demselben System wie unsere Türklingel angeschafft werden und die Prime-Days kamen. Wir hatten die Wahl, ob wir die Ring Kamera mit Solar oder eine fest Verkabelte Kamera anschaffen, um das doch eher lästige austauschen des Akkus wie an der Türklingel zu vermeiden. Wir entschieden uns aufgrund des integrierten Flutlichtes für diese, und sind sehr zufrieden. Installation: Die Installation ging deutlich leichter als erwartet, auch wenn die Kabeleinführung sich etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Die in der Grundplatte integrierte Wasserwage hat es deutlich einfacher gemacht die Richtige Position zu finden. Ohne diese wäre es am gewählten Standort deutlich schwieriger gewesen die Grundplatte auszurichten. Die Installation auf unebenen Untergrund (Strukturputz auf Außenfassade) gestaltete sich aufgrund der knapp bemessenen Gewindestifte zur Aufnahme der eigentlichen Kamera auf der Grundplatte deutlich schwieriger, das Aufsetzten der Muttern war ein deutlicher Kraftakt. Einrichtung: Die Einrichtung der Kamera ist wie von Ring gewohnt sehr einfach und durch die App gut geführt. Einzig der WLAN-Antenne der Kamera könnte besser sein. Durch die fehlende 5GHz Unterstützung mussten wir zum Betrieb der Kamera noch einen Repeater verbauen, um überhaupt unser WLAN bei der Einrichtung auszuwählen (Handys am selben Standpunkt hatten normalerweise vollen Empfang.) Die Möglichkeit die Empfindlichkeit UND den Erkennungsbereich Präzise einzustellen und in Zonen zu Unterteilen ist gerade mit leichtem Blick auf die Straße Gold wert. Auch die Unterscheidung zwischen Bewegung und Menschen macht es möglich, dass wir mit dem Flutlicht keine Straßenlaterne imitieren. Bildqualität und Funktionen: Wie von den eher Hochpreisigen Produkten von Ring zu erwarten ist die Bildqualität hervorragend und gerade im Vergleich zur Türklingel ist im Bereich der Nachtsicht ist das Bild deutlich besser. Das Flutlicht mit 2 x 2000lm erfüllt vollends seinen Zweck und ist durch die verstellbaren Köpfe perfekt dazu geeignet den überwachten Bereich auszuleuchten. Die Sirene ist deutlich hörbar. Sollte diese aktiviert sein und los gehen ist sowohl die Person, die auf dem Grundstück ist, weg, als auch alle Nachbarn wach. Fazit: Ringtypische Gute Qualität und in Kombination mit dem Flutlicht eine gute Wahl für die Überwachung von nicht beleuchteten Grundstücken. Die Kabelgebundene Version erfordert zwar deutlich mehr Knowhow und Werkzeug während der Installation, der Aufwand ist es dennoch Wert. Der Preis von (zu den Prime-Days) mit 139.99€ ist durchaus angemessen.

Credo sia uno dei 5 stelle più piene che ho dato. Tutto inizia già dal packaging, che include anche il cacciavite per l’installazione. E la cam ha anche la micro bolla incorporata per rendere l’installazione a muro super semplice. La rilevazione del movimento è estremamente affidabile, da app iPhone è poi possibile bloccare gli avvisi per 30 o 60 minuti in un tocco soltanto. Inizialmente non riuscivo però a far accendere le luci da Alexa nonostante la rilevazione della Cam sia stata fatta completamente in automatico quando dall app Alexa del mio iPhone quando l’app Ring del mio iPhone ha completato l’istallazione della cam. Il trucco è semplice: creare un gruppo luci nell’app Ring, anche se alla fine in questo gruppo inserite solo la luce della cam. A questo punto il “gruppo luci” comparirà anche sull’app Alexa e sarà possibile controllarla. Anche le opzioni da app sono tante e ottime, forse a volte sono così tante che creano un po’ di confusione ma almeno è possibile fare un po’ di tutto. Sicuramente ne abbinerò un’altra a breve, proverò anche a usarle senza piano Ring protect per vedere davvero che differenze ci sono e SI SENTONO: il piano accessorio sicuramente è valido ma diventa davvero sensato se abbinato al sistema di allarme.
