Does this dent easily once it is painted?

I don't think so. I have mine for over a year and it does no show any dents . I gave only one coast of paint.

Can graham & brown paintable prepasted beadboard stripes texture wallpaper be wiped clean? is it paper or vinyl?

I put it up on cabinet doors in a laundry room, painted it with coat of white latex paint because one review said it gave it some body. I think it would wipe clean well as long as you didn't really scrub it. It seems to be paper with a coating that has a bit of a spongy feel and it does "dent" easily when I have accidently hit it with a tool or my fingernail. I would not put it up in a high traffic area.
