Les trois étapes d’affûtage permettent de redonner vie aussi bien à mes vieux couteaux de cuisine qu’à mes couteaux de poche. J’apprécie particulièrement la possibilité d’aiguiser les lames dentelées, ce qui est rare sur ce type d’aiguiseur compact. La prise en main est stable et sécurisée, et le résultat est bluffant : mes couteaux coupent à nouveau comme neufs. This knife and scissors sharpener is fantastic. It’s a small gadget but I didn’t hold much hope of this working but my oh my was I wrong. The suction cup is really strong it clings to the surface and sharpening my knives was easy I give this sharpener 10/10 good value for money and I would Recommend you buy one I’m glad I did.

Sharpening is easy and fast. I am surprised at how good it has sharpened my Victorinox knifes. That's both the serrated steak knifes, flat paring knife and large swibo 20cm boning knife. I also sharpened my OXO good grips poultry shears which worked perfectly, they had stopped cutting through skin but now glide through it again. Very easy to use. Just suction to the edge of your bench (so you don't cut the bench pulling the knife back out). I do three or four passes through the middle depending on how blunt the knife is and then the same on the white right hand side part. I was cutting the edge of the sharpener itself at first while pulling the knife back out but I have slowed down and use two hands on the knife so I can avoid that now. Highly recommended, I already advised others to get one. Why keep cutting with a blunt knife when it takes to seconds to sharpen it. Aiguiseur de couteaux de bonne qualité. Très simple d'utilisation. On peut fixer l'aiguiseur sur n'importe quel support grâce à sa ventouse. Il suffit de lever le levier pour le fixer. Simple d'utilisation, il suffit de passer les lames quelques fois et ça affute correctement vos couteaux. On peut également l'utiliser pour les ciseaux ce qui est aussi pratique. Je le recommande car il ne prends pas beaucoup de place et fait le travail.
