Great for newbies or those returning to a fitness regimen
I was skeptical to use this product because I haven't been consistent in my weight training and have tried various types of protein powders and creatine. This product gave me the endurance and muscle recovery to do 90-min workouts for 3 consecutive days with little to no muscle fatigue!! Although a little pricey, I will purchase again. I mostly follow a plant-based diet and this gives that extra 'boost.' Highly recommend!

Great Tasting BCAAs and Hydration with no Caffiene
Product has a short ingredient list, no sugar, tastes good and doensn't have caffiene, and it's not sweetened with an "artificial" sweetner. Was looking for both a BCAA supplement and a hydration product in one that was relatively "clean" and this fit the bill. I had a lot of muscle cramping during workouts (I compete in Triathlon), and adding it to my water during workouts greatly decrease muscle cramping and soreness. Highly recommend.

I really not sore at all thanks to the Aminos after 1.5 hours of weight lifting.
I workout at least 6 days a week for an hour ,and more often then not 2 hours, i'm almost never sore the Amino's really do their job. I lift hard like I'm tryin to get the women, but I'm 59 so we all now at that age you get them with money, but I still want to look good

Horrid Aftertaste!
Upon first sip it tastes fine...if not a little too sweet, but the after taste is HORRID. I can't put my finger on the taste but it's a bit like dirty socks -not that I've eaten either, but I could imagine. I love their chocolate protein power so this is disappointing.
