as white as it can be being a halogen lamp but yes, it is what anybody would consider white. keep in mind that performance is not as high due to the white light.

Can users tell me about the Penitration of light in deep FOG and rainy season ..

They're good in the rain and not completely useless in fog. They do compliment a good set of amber fog lights. But there's no way I would rely on them alone.
