We spent YEARS and probably hundreds of dollars trying to find a heavy duty, smooth operating, and leak proof dish soap dispenser that didn’t drip soap all around our kitchen sink. Then we found this. Oh my goodness, this thing is far and away the best soap dispenser we’ve ever used and is no doubt the best on the market. And it’s not even close. The pump operates smoothly with very little effort; in fact it’s so smooth and effortless you need to learn to regulate how hard to touch it to dispense more or less soap. It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t shift or tip over easily, and it has a non-slip bottom. The pump comes off easily enough to be filled, but also has an airtight leakproof seal. And most importantly to us, the nozzle does not drip or dribble soap, EVER. I mean literally never. It’s almost like magic. Whoever designed this pump is an excellent engineer and product designer. It’s rare to discover a product that has no discernible weakness, but this is absolutely that rare product. We were so impressed we bought 4 more immediately. Even at the relatively high price that these sell for, they are worth every penny. In fact I would be willing to pay twice what they cost, they’re that good.

After reading the description by Simple Human I thought I would give this a try. I had previously used the sensor dispensers. I wanted something that will hold up. I was not disappointed. Build quality on the 2 units I purchased is flawless. Brushed stainless steel will hold up. All you need is a very light touch on the pulse pump to dispense exactly the amount of soap your hands need for a complete wash - I could never accomplish this with a sensor pump. This will dispense exactly the amount of soap you need consistently each and every time. Pros: No batteries (I was using 3 to 4 sets of 4 batteries per year) No corrosion No circuit boards to go bad No Messey containers No puddles of soap under the spout No sensor misfires by accidentally waiving your hand under the sensor Effortless dispensing Long lasting parts Cons: None Based on what I have seen this appears to be a one and done. This is constructed for longevity and that is what I am looking for. I hope this helps you, for me this is a no brainer.

Great initially, but the glued pieces fell apart after about 1 year of use. Also, the dish soap clogged the nozzle and made it so the nozzle wouldn’t pop back up after pressing down on it, requiring me to pull the nozzle up back into position for the next pump. I’m disappointed because the brand claims it will withstand 27 years of use. Not worth $50 in my opinion.

The pump action works so well. The pump looks nice. Very easy to refill. Seems very well built. I bought one for the kitchen sink, then ordered 2 more for the bathrooms. They are a little expensive but they seem very well made and I assume they will last a long time.

This is a great soap dispenser! I put mine in my kitchen, and it easily dispenses soap every time. It looks great too! Since it's at the kitchen sink, sometimes it gets dirty from washing dishes, but the dispenser is super easy to wipe down and keep clean. I gave it 4 stars just because I think the cost was too high, but otherwise, it's great!

I have bought cheaper, "pretty", decorative soap dispensers, but none can compare to the fine craftsmanship of the Simplehuman dispensers. I have replaced all dispensers with their models. I had one that failed and the manufacturer supplied me with the part needed to make it functional again. These are the best!

Great product

I initially really liked this dispenser - looks sleek and modern on my counter. Unfortunately after about 6 month's use the mechanism started sticking. Would only pump down, but not return to the up position. I bought and used the Simple Human liquid soap refills exclusively, which are a nice product, but more expensive than others. When I added some WD40 to try and fix it, the whole top part came unglued and I am now going to throw it away. Waste of money. Will try a different brand I guess or go back to the plastic ones that I can refill. Very disappointed Simple Human.

I am very happy with the soap dispenser I have clear acrylic SimpleHuman dispenser in the bathroom for handwash And this one is used in the kitchen for dish soap They are not the cheapest dispenser on the market but the pump action is very good and highly recommended I actually tried a cheaper product in the kitchen but it dripped after use SimpleHuman have engineered a technique that draws the soap back into the bottle The stainless steel finish stays clean and so far no complaints And it does include five year warranty for peace of mind

Works well enough and dispenses a consistent amount of soap. Build quality is good. The only problem that I have is the pump mechanism's reliability. After using for a little over a month, the pump mechanism started failing. So just be wary of the poor durability of the product.

Ich habe den Simplehuman Sensor Pump durch diesen pulse Pump ersetzt und bin jetzt sehr zufrieden. Kein falsches auslösen und nicht mehr aufladen. ;-)
