How long after using this product is it dry to the touch? I'm looking for something to rust-proof steel furniture.

This will never dry out. It is not paint, it is more like some sort of grease.

Is this good for utility trailer connections to stop corrosion or is there something better?

for outside electrical connections or inside for that matter use Anti-seize. get it at the automotive store. It does not interfere with electrical flow. Good on battery contacts too. Its a little messy

I want to spray underside of 2019 f-450 which is aluminum body.....will this also protect electrical connector's?

Yes. CorrosionX Aviation is safe on electronics, and is widely used for such by the military and in aviation. Although it is a thin-film product, it has a massive dielectric (>39,000V typ.). So it shuts down corrosion, galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metal, and will insulate agains short circuits, however at the same time because it's an ultra-thin film, it does not negatively effect connectivity along the circuit path, switch or connection. Just like on aluminum aircraft, CorrosionX Aviation would be the one-step solution for protecting both the aluminum body (especially internal cavities) and all the electrical connections. For the underbody, we recommend CorrosionX XD or CorrosionX HD for extended wear.

I want to use this on tools in a toolbox on my porch. Will this prevent rust in a high humid area such as south Alabama? Expensive tools
