Is it easy to remove the cover?

It is fairly easy to put on and take off the cover. However, I would not recommend frequently removing it, and am not sure why you would want to. The cover is fairly thin and does not add bulk. I would be concerned that frequently removing it might compromise the fit. Occasional removal should not be a problem.

Does it do a good job holding the ipad on an angle?

What do you mean angle???? It holds the iPad so you can watch movies etc
