Faulty piece... Return won't get picked by Amazon.
It has been 15 days since I filled a return request for this product as the piece I received didn't work properly. It is impossible to contact customer service now since there is no option to do that - it keeps redirecting me to the returns page. I am basically left with a product that doesn't work despite Amazon claiming 100% purchase protection. This is more a review of Amazon's Sale Service rather than the item but when you leave the customer with no place to express their problems this is what you get.
