**Q: So I just received my order of the 15 piece but I didn’t get the loaf pan so what do I do to get it**
A: I disagree, these pans are great.   I have even used a knife in it and nothing, everything from scrabbled eggs, steaks, chicken veggies, nothing sticks and it cooks evenly

**Q: Are these pots and pans pfoa free?**
A: Not aluminum free. Research shows connection of aluminum and dementia which leads to Alzheimer’s. Mom threw all our aluminum pans when I was a kid we had the old school Club pans. Mom won’t drink from aluminum cans.

**Q: Do lids have vents?**
A: Yes.  I love these pans!

**Q: is the exterior real copper?**
A: Not positive but they cook wonderfully and they haven’t tarnished or gotten scratched. Clean up is a breeze also.

Have had this gorgeous collection for about 4.5mths now! Quality finishing and received plenty of compliments for the beautiful pots and pans! The 8inch frying pan ended up with discolouration and staining for some odd reason unlike the remaining pots which hasn’t discoloured and looks brand new despite heavy high heat cooking
