*Please read the whole review because despite the beginning of it sounding like it will be a negative one, I am EXTREMELY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED with this seller and my purchase!*I ordered the 10 air plant grab bag and was delighted that it arrived a day early! The selection of plants I received was fantastic, not a single duplicate and was happy with the sizes- two small and eight medium.The plants were wrapped in a layer of tissue paper which seemed to be enough protection as none of the plants were damaged, although a couple leaves did fall off but wasn’t a big deal. I got a packet of fertilizer with instructions as well.The only thing I noticed that concerned me was that one of the plants looked as though it gad a flower spike cut off of it. At the time, I didn’t know that air plants only flower once per lifetime and after blooming they are essentially dying from that point on. Other than this, all the plants looked healthy despite arriving during the heat wave.I soaked my air plants as per instructions and allowed to air dry near an electric fan. I put the plants in bright indirect natural light and soaked them again a week later. It was at this time that I noticed one of the smaller plants had died.The leaves had dried up and turned brown and the base of the plant was squishy when given a gentle squeeze. I soaked the plants again a week after this and found another plant had died and several others were showing signs they might die as well.Needless to say, I was disappointed and decided to read some reviews from other people about the plants they had ordered from this seller. All the reviews on Amazon I saw were from 2020 and quite a few were negative saying customer service wasn’t good and never got replacement plants.By this time I was nearing the end of the 30 day replacement guarantee so I wrote the company an email detailing what happened and attached pictures of all the plants as well.The reason I am writing this review is because I wanted people to have a more recent experience to go off of when deciding whether or not to purchase from this seller.YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY YOUR AIR PLANTS FROM THIS SELLER!! Here is why:After emailing the seller, explaining the reason for requesting replacements to be sent and attaching pictures, I received a response the next day apologizing for what happened to my plants and said they would send out replacements the next day!Again, my package was delivered a day early, and everything was packaged nicely and the plants protected. My replacement plants were not the same selection of plants but that was not a problem for me. They were all very healthy looking and again the assortment of plants was wonderful as were the sizes of the plants.Since I only had two plant actually die and the rest were showing signs of possibly dying, I wasn’t sure how many replacement plants I would receive. But I was incredibly surprised that not only were the two plants that had died replaced, but I was sent an additional 10 replacement plants for a total of 12 plants being sent to me! Whether I got two replacements and 10 free or vice versa, I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service! I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again, and in fact, am going to place another order for some specific plants I am wanting for my new air plant collection.If you are wondering about the status of my original air plants that were looking like they weren’t going to make it, three of them still look like they aren’t doing so well, but the rest seem like they might.It has only been two days since I got my replacement order so I will update my review in a few weeks to let anyone interested in how they are doing.If you are looking to buy air plants, look no further, you really cannot go wrong ordering from this seller! I am extremely pleased with my purchase. They not only gave me a great variety, it literally seems like each airplant is different, but it also seems as though they hand picked the very best ones just for me!! haha and I don't know how they do it but somehow those cute little things survive the shipment, they didn't come damaged at all. They are super healthy.. they gave me plenty of big ones as well as medium and small ones... I am definitely saving this link for my future air plant purchases!

I normally write a review if something is really good or really bad. This product is absolutely incredible!!I will only buy live air plants from this seller from now on.This is the second batch of air plants that I've purchased, the first was from another seller, but it arrived how I expected... the reality of the situation is when you purchase something that's alive, that needs to deal with shipping, and winter (I live in Michigan), arrives with some sort of shock from the transport experience. It took some time and love, but the other batch did great, which is why I purchased a second batch. I'm so glad I've found this seller to feed my new habit.It arrived yesterday through the US mail, but when I opened the package, I had a water station all ready set up for the rehydration, but instead of withered tiny bits of almost dead air plants, there were huge, vibrant and very healthy! One is even blooming!!! There were also very good instructions and a package of fertilizer. You get more than your money's worth!Yes, great product, way better than I expected, and I wanted everyone to know.I do a 15-minute soak every other day for all 30 of my plants (we have forced air so it's super dry in the house this time of year) in bottled spring water, and I have them under a grow light away from the windows so they don't get chilly, and once it gets warmer, they'll go by the windows!I'm hooked but they need care, they really don't live on just air. I was under the impression that they would thrive if you just sprayed them with water once in a while, they need more water since there isn't soil to hold water for them, but it's so cool how this plant is happily alive while in your hand! If you put in a little bit of extra time to make sure they stay hydrated (they don't sit in water for more than 20 minutes regardless), they're super cool plants to have!I'll be back to buy more later, thanks!

All the plants came healthy and happy. They look so nice, are great quality, great variety and came with 4 different kinds.

Great price, fast shipping, the plants arrived well packed with full care instructions and they are beautiful!

They showed up super fast but there are 2 air plants not looking good. One is rotten and molded. The other might be ok. Time will tell. The others are beautiful. Wont let me post a picture so I guess I won't be doing that.
