Turbo for sure.
If you want to make rum in a hurry this is for you. Don’t even think about using a Standard airlock on your fermenter. Run a blow off tube because this yeast will go crazy in short order. Fermentation is complete within about 3 days at around 68 degrees. I’ve had good flavor when it’s run and the yield has been good.

Highly recommend!
Outstanding yeast! I got WAY MORE than I was expecting out of the final yield. Out of a six gallon batch, I got a gallon and a quarter of rum. Final proof for the whole batch was 130. My projected ABV was only 13%. The reason I got so much more is because the yeast has glucoamylase enzyme in the package. I think the max ABV of 15% is also a bit lower than what it can actually achieve. Great stuff! I have already bought it again to make another batch. Highly recommend.

Yeast works as expected, 24 lbs brown sugar, 13 gallons of water and the yeast will finish in about 8 days at 65f. Fast shipping

Rocket turbo be careful
I had gotten this product because the yeast I used prior stalled out on me and I added a little bit of this turbo yeast to a 6 gallon carboy and man did it take off I am glad I had my carboy inside a large cooking pot to catch any overflow and wow did it get going about 1 gallon came out in the form of foam but I collected it and put it in it's own 1 gallon jug I mixed this into my other batch and here is what I did and it worked I poured about 3 tbsp in at a time let set on top and rehydrate on top for about 4 min then stirred in then let the mix relax a little and repeated the process till the packet was empty

So far. Fermenting and bubbling like crazy. Can’t speak for abv yet but. it’s going crazy in comparison to others Iv used. For the price, I’d recommend. Hope this helps
