Yoga tune up ball comparison?

Don't do yoga. I used it for my sciatica. It relieved a lot of pain.

Solid, not air filled. I would classify the ball as "semi-hard" or slightly cushioned that works well for working on trigger points. It is not solid, hard material and does not have a hard plastic smooth surface. I'd give it 4 to 5 stars. I've used them in Pilates and they worked well so I bought them.

Best “suitcase kick drum” beater

These work great as a bass pedal beater when you’re playing on a Samsonite suitcase converted into a bass drum.

Great for foot massage.

I use these balls daily to release tension in my feet. They’re not too hard, not too soft, just right! Too keep it from rolling away, I put it in a hula hoop on the floor, then either sit or stand as I roll it back & forth under the arch & along the ball of my foot.

Great massage ball alternative

These have been great as a therapy ball alternative. I got a pair and roll out my back and calves to relieve muscle strain. They are cheaper than similar balls that are designated for therapy.
