No, your printer will take the T702. The 215 will not work with it.

How many cartgridge it take

There is one cartridge per package unless you purchase the multi pack. The printer itself takes one black cartridge and one color cartridge.

How can I determine ink levels in my workforce 100

When you turn on the WF-100, the screen on the unit will show the levels of ink in the cartridges. If you do not see them there. Open the print window on your computer and choose to see the supply levels.
