I’ve been taking Igennus methylated multivitamins for a while now and can definitely say they’re amazing. Good products

This is a methylated multivitamin which simply means it’s in a form that our bodies can actually absorb. Not the supermarket brands that don’t. This brand is great, good value for money.

Item arrived on time, has the supplements labelled as advertised, the tablet is large, about 1.5-2 cm, if you can swallow a big jelly bean you'll be fine. I found the tablets had a very slight odour, but not unpleasant and nothing like others description. Best before date is 2+ years away. I'll report back to see if I feel any better energy-wise once I've been taking them for a while. Main indication for ordering these was feeling my energy levels low, wanting to get on with things and just not having the motivation, I suspected low folate but didn't want to take folic acid because it have me the boalk when pregnant. [Edited to remove typos and bad grammar] 15/5: I've been taking 1-2 of these a day, and I have 16. The only negative side affect I had from these was 2 days in I awoke multiple times in the night with cramps in lower legs, both legs, this isn't something I'm prone to. Looked it up and apparently this can happen early on when the metabolism shifts on the methylated vitamins and it was recommended I take one tab a day for a bit and introduce potassium rich foods. I ate a banana a day and it never recurred. It never happened again. Positive side affects have been a massive boost in my energy, I'm not hyper, I just have the go part of get up and go and I'm on the move, walking and looking to get into hiking. I was already a good sleeper so can't comment on sleep. I really feel like a spark has been reawakened, I think I must have been deficient in something this supplement provides crucially my mood was so low I was considering a chat with GP re meds, so I feel this has stopped me from being misdiagnosed and medicated. I'll be reordering these and recommend you give them a go if you're flagging.

Good. When I forget to take them for a couple of days I know about it. I go back to feeling sluggish and lazy so they do something for me. I will keep getting them.

C'est un produit qui réunit pratiquement toutes les vitamines et minéraux que l'on peut trouver dans les compléments alimentaires mêmes celles que l'on n'intègre pas souvent comme la vitamine K2 et D3. Il n'existe pas beaucoup de "cocktails" multivitamines complet ou elles sont présentes. C'est pour cela que j'ai choisi ce produit et je n'ai pas été déçu . En respectant les instructions de prise, on ressent vraiment une différence après quelques jours d'utilisation. Bien sûr dans un premier temps on ne ressent que les bienfaits du à la vitamine C et à une ou deux autres vitamines . Mais les bienfaits sont là, on ressent vite un reguin de vitalité au niveau physique et mental par la suite. De plus le récipient est en plastique assez rigide et peut donc être transporté dans n'importe quel sac de sport ou sacoche de travail . Le seul défaut qui n'en ai pas vraiment un, est le bruit des comprimés qui tapent contre le récipient lorsque vous le secouez. Le son n'est pas désagréable et dans mon cas c'est plutot un avantage je peux savoir vite si je ne l'ai pas oublié en secouant tout simplement .

Es muy completo recomienda tomar 2 pastillas al dia pero yo solo tomo 1 ya me muchas veces supera el 200% en dosis recomendada

Buon prodotto, specialmente per chi avesse la mutazione MTHFR c’è dentro l’acido folico sotto forma Metifolata che non dà noia.
