Yes all slots have fixed angle of 15 degree. Step-1 ,2 & 3. You need to glide 5 times each and sharpening is done.

Some customers mention that they received used product.Instead of sraled box they got opened product.Is i comes in a sealed box??

All products are made in Japan and the same is shipped to end customer the way it is shipped from Japan. In knives yes we have sealed product, but sharpener its not needed to seal it. All sharpeners are manually tested post manufacturing therefore you may feel that its used one but its all brand new product.

Can i use this sharpner for sharpning my benifuji and aofuji knives.

Definitely, you can use this for sharpening both knives. You need to follow all three steps 5 time each.
