Best portable door lock I have tried. Great value for money, and extremely sturdy. No one will be getting in my room with this on the door! The travel case is a nice touch too.

New build house, and it didn't fit, I think it's Yankee sizes. I had to file the metal on the strike plate for it to fit. UK residents may want to look elsewhere for a portable door lock if you don't want to file down anything.

Useless for the hotel I stayed at which had a triple catch, so lock did not fit.

I’m sure this would be great, but it’s not unable on most German doors, since they usually have a ridge on the inside of the doorframe.

I was recently back from my travel and i tried it and works fine and i feel very safe indeed.

Good customer service (note and gift included). If the door frame is too thick it will be difficult to latch the locking part. You might need to bend the lock a little to latch it, but works fine. The lock only works for doors opening inward. Great for ladies traveling.
