Very comfortable and truly does what it promises. The absorbency is outstanding — it keeps you dry all day with no leaks, even during extended use. I read a blogger recommending these for post partum instead of the mesh underwear with the thick pads and I'm so glad I got these. The mesh underwear from the hospital I found so uncomfortable and the pads would not stay in place, it was so annoying. These were so easy, it's all a built-in super long pad so no worrying about the pad being in the right place and super absorbent without being really thick. They're high rise and felt so comfortable, they didn't pinch anywhere and never felt like I was wearing an actual diaper. No leakage, no bad smells or weird fragrances added. Overall highly recommend these for post partum recovery

Use these every night a good product but 2 flaws: the worst flaw is that the leg material cause a lot of irritation, morphing into extreme sensitivity and itchiness, the brief also leaks down the leg occasionally, but overall fit better and is more comfortable.

I bought these for my postpartum after having my daughter. I thought to get the largest package I could find. I truly used over half the box. They were very comfortable compared to the options the hospital provides you. They definitely held quite a bit.

The product was and has been great however, the Amazon driver left it in the mail room and did not bring it to my apartment and it’s very heavy especially if you’re in a wheelchair so even though they had clear directions write up to the apartment from the complex they left it where it could’ve been taken, and luckily it wasn’t. Be sure to specify exactly where you want it delivered.

I have bought these several times over the years. I used them when I had back injuries that caused loss of bladder and while I was pregnant for the same reason. They work really well and are very comfortable!

These are comfortable and work fairly well but the XXL sizing runs small by about 6", unfortunately.

The quality is not upto the mark. The ones i had got earlier for my relative , from different seller were much better. These ones arepoor quality.

It's a must have for postpartum. Recommended

Wore the first week or so post partum, and they were great for that! I had a lot of trouble getting up, and these need changing less than regular pads. I also have a lot of yeast infections and irritation with regular pads, which I didn't have with these. The one thing I should say is that they don't combine well with the post partum sweats. Make sure to air your genitals on an inco pad multiple times a day or your will get skin peeling off and sweat rash because you'll be wet so much.
