Great product. Came packaged well, both inside and out. The manufacturer has ensured the user/buyer has all information needed to use the product well. The small, but detailed, instruction leaflet, the QR code for product demo, warranty registration, is all seamless. The product itself is top-notch and is built and operates well.

My ENEM Sealing machine had a problem. When the beep sound ends and as i remove the cover from the machine, one end of the cover gets stuck to the machine and as i struggle to remove it the stuck portion gets torn. I contacted Enem through WhatsApp and they advised me to change the heating element and also send me a video of the element changing process. I went through that process and the machine is now working fine and sealing is fine no sticking!. The company is very proactive in helping customers who have technical issues with their machine. Very good!
