Is this one sided or two sided?

As far as I know from ordering these in the past, they are one sided. Sticky side applied to site. Opposite side not sticky.

Does stickiness expire? Had for 9 mo and trying to wrap toe and it won't stick. Maybe too hard to wrap toes?

I have never had a problem with it not sticking, but toes are hard to wrap. Sorry I didn't have a better answer for you. I have been using this product for about 10 years. Most of the time it doesn't get a chance to get old. Just don't make the mistake and order Mepitel (it is sticky on both sides!) Deb N.

Please explain what made means product is a clear comforting patch that can be put over painful wound before medication is put on prevents extra pain from meds comes in different sizes but is thin and relieves pain while it protects wound hope this is heloful
