This stuff is life-changing. My entire life, I've always struggled with migraines. Over the years, I've had ample opportunity to test various methods to reduce my migraines. Increasing my magnesium intake helped somewhat, but it was a delicate balance because taking too much seems to trigger migraines on its own for me. Taking ibuprofen as a migraine was starting always worked reasonably well at keeping the length and severity of them down. But due to a medical issue last year, I can no longer take NSAIDs. With only acetaminophen, which always done almost nothing for my migraines, I was spending about 2 weeks out of every month in excruciating pain and having to take a lot of time off of work. Enter, this stuff. After so many years of experimenting, I wasn't expecting much. And be realistic - it's not a miracle cure for migraines. It doesn't really help me once a migraine has started. But what it does is cuts down significantly on both the frequency and duration. I figure it has probably cut down on the frequency by about 50%. The severity is entirely subjective but is also improved. That is GAME-CHANGING. As such, I view this as a preventative more than a palliative/analgesic. I have been taking it every day and it makes a huge difference when used like that. After several months of taking it, the effects do not seem to have diminished. I don't seem to have built a "tolerance" for it or anything. It seems to be just as effective as when I first started. The really interesting thing about this is how the riboflavin (vitamin B2) acts. As a water-soluble vitamin which has a strong color, when you have an excess, it's quite noticeable in the urine. But what I find most interesting is that when I don't have a migraine, it's quite visible in the urine, indicating there's an excess. When when I have a migraine, the color change disappears. So for whatever reason, my body seems to use more riboflavin when I have a migraine. As such, I suspect that the riboflavin is the most active ingredient of this for me. But whatever the mechanism, it works.

For me when I first received the product I followed the instruction. However, my migraine was so bad that I took my 2 pills every 2 hours In within the Amount of 12 hours. Not good for me to do! I tough got was a miracle drug. Yesterday I took 1 then took another 1 before Going to bed and . And I woke up no migraine ! So it works!

I am in my 40’s and have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. I have missed out on countless activities and outings with family and friends, spending multiple days a month confined to a silent and dark room. I’ve taken prescription medication for years to relieve migraine pain and nausea. When I first heard of Migra Zero, I was skeptical. I have killer chronic migraines almost every day. I think this product has helped the severity of them but not the frequency. I still get bad headaches during storms. Will update after three months. Month two: This product suffers from quality control issues. The first month it was fine and worked well, but the second bottle had capsules that were cracked and some were empty and open. Others were clumped and stuck together.

This product is AMAZING! I've had migraines since I was a small child and finally am finding some relief. As a health care provider and long-time migraine sufferer, I have done a lot of research about medication and supplements for migraine relief and prevention. There are many medical studies that show these supplements can prevent migraines- however, this is the ONLY product that I have found that follows those studies' recommendations. Let me start by saying i have suffered all my life with migraines for as long as I can remember even in elementary school. In high school I was placed on home hospital because I was in such pain constantly I could not keep up with school so a teacher would come to the house once a week. Im 25 now and it is hard to keep a job due to my ingoing absenses from migraines. Ive been praying for some kind of relief Ive tried EVERYTHING. I started taking Migra Zero on saturday 6/10/17 and its only been four days since then and Ive been migraine and headache free for two days. I dont think ive been migraine free for two days in a row in like 5 years. THIS WORKS. Its too soon to tell if they will be gone for good but this has made a difference so soon.
