Worst experience. I only used the printer for one month. They support is extremely bad. I have been literally chasing the team for 4 months now. Non of the software is compatible with Shreyas’s and the software given by them is only a trial version valid for one month. I have been chasing them . It’s just affected my shipments and I’ve been struggling to get a proper solution. Please don’t buy from here.

I am disappointed, because while I do not feel that they intentionally cheated with the specifications, it clearly is not as advertised, and my attempts to rectify it met with dismissal by their support. They did this despite the fact that I provided data and evidence in a civilised manner. When I complained about the discrepancy in paper roll width with photos and measurements, the support person 'had to reach office to check with his roll' and did not discuss this further. When I complained that the Windows driver has some issues a day later, I just got the same file given with a different name over WhatsApp without any other response. The biggest problem is that this printer is advertised as a '58mm' printer, implying that a paper roll with a width of 58mm would fit. Says so in the product description and even on the label at the bottom of the printer. Well, the '58mm' is true, but only for the print head. On the printer I bought, the bay into which the paper roll is placed, is only 56mm wide. A 58mm wide paper roll does not fit, even when allowing for tolerances. For testing, I cut down some paper, and did the self-test. I got 32 columns printed, on a print width of 50 mm. The sticky label roll included is 50mm wide, and they also added a plastic spacer too so it wouldn't bounce around inside the bay. The Android application works, but it's more of a sales app: you have to give them your personal information first, it has many internal ads for 'premium supplies' aimed for the Indian internal market, with rewards points and pop-ups. The store inside the app does not sell 58mm continuous paper roll, only 50mm-wide labels. While they offer many POS equipment, including printers, they do not sell the SR20. The label designer part inside the android app is great, but the only supported 2D code is QR, but I can't customise it apart from specifying what the payload is as plain text. This product also supports printing via USB. The driver is only available for Windows, and I couldn't find it on their website. I had to contact 'their' support in the UAE, which is someone's private mobile number via WhatsApp. The support person gave me the driver within a day. Unfortunately the driver only supports fixed-sized labels (50x20, 30, 40, 50 mm), it does not support continuous receipt-style printing. For the printing format from Windows, it only supports printing documents rendered into an image or PCL, and does not support line-mode printing of text or ASCII characters as it appears on the self-test's output. So any 2D code must be generated as an image first and then be sent to the printer. There is no built-in hardware support for barcodes that I could access, even though printer's self-test output says so. It is possible that I got the wrong printer. The box and the label say it's a PSF20, the amazon listing says it's an SRS20, and the OLED display says it's an SR20.
