Good for the house
These are great to throw at your friends when watching games at home

OK Indoors, Forget Outdoor Use
These penalty flags are probably ideal for parties because with no weight at all they are unlikely to knock anything over. My problem is that they are not suitable for outdoor use and I find it very misleading to suggest that they are. Forget about using these without modification for any sort of youth sports league.

Kinda crappy
These were some kind of cheap rayon or polyester. I wish they would have been cotton. Also, the color is off. It's more of a goldish-orange than it is yellow. The weights inside were little baggies of sand surrounded by some kind of packing material. Obviously, these were intended to be party favors and not actual penalty flags.

I was under the impression I was purchasing a pack of 12 flags? Why is a piece of fabric $12.00 (list price $40?). Total bait and switch.
