It is so perfect for keeping my almost one year old's head and neck more supported in his big boy car seat. It is designed to be threaded through the actual back of car seats, to be met and snapped over the top of them, but ours was especially easy to install around our Graco Contender 65's headrest. It secures very well and my son has never looked comfier when he's fallen asleep in the car. I attach the forehead strap when I know he's tired, just above his plain of sight so it doesn't bug him before he knocks out. The part that lets them flip it up and down don’t quite go down enough, the head piece doesn’t stay snug enough, flops around with their head and then their heads fall out of it. I kept having to pull over to put their heads back in and even lowering head piece to try and keep their heads in it - no luck. It’s also hot and made them sweaty.
