I ordered this to read to my two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, to show how well two brothers worked together and did amazing things. I think it’s a nice book, however I discovered in reading it in advance, that it’s much too advanced for them—at least mine at this age. It tells the story accurately as far as I know, but tells of their mother’s death from TB (I believe) and their other health problems, etc. Probably best for older kids who have who can read it themselves. I’ll save it for a few years.
