which bank line is best braided nylon or twisted nylon?

What is the smallest size?

#12 is the smallest size we offer. The factory can make it as small as #6, but that's so fine it's almost thread-like.

I hang colored bottles from a real tree. I need something that will last outdoors in the Texas sun and occasional freeze. Will this work?

Should work well. I have used this twine to hang Wood bee traps, and they have been hanging in the Kentucky weather for about three years. So far, no problems.

I'm not sure if this is the right bank line, but am looking for something that i can tie bundle newspaper up real tight. twine breaks. advice?

I think this will do a great job for you. It has a minimum break strength of 95 lbs, and resists abrasion well.
