We bought two Firmstong beach cruisers this summer. They are simple to assemble and well-made. The instruction book and manuel are easy to follow. They are lighter than some of the other affordable bicycles I've purchased. The seat is pretty comfortable with springs that give. Bought this one for my daughter who is 4' 9" tall and able to ride the 24" version. I bought this bicycle as an Amazon Warehouse deal and my only complaint is that they didn't repackage it - so the parts moved around in the box causing some damage (small tear in seat, few scratches, and possible rim warp) so wish I had bought a new one instead. I then bought a new 26" men's version on Amazon and it was packaged very well with no damage from shipping. If the cost difference isn't much, it's safer to buy a new one so it is in original shipping packaging to prevent heavy parts from banging against each other during shipping. That being said, we are happy with both bicycles so far!

Package arrived quickly with all parts included. Assembly of bike from 80 percent was painless. It required only a few tools that were not included--screwdriver and a pair of adjustable wrenches. Quality seems good with clean welding and good paint. Not a light bike, but that is to be expected at price point. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the front wheel was incredibly out of true when it arrived--probably a centimeter laterally, plus significant flat spots. Not sure if it left the factory that way, or it somehow happened in shipment, but it required about an hour of work adjusting with a spoke wrench to get it back to round and straight.

La bicicleta es muy ancha en la parte de las manos, no tiene frenos y el vendedor envía una etiqueta de devolución donde el cliente paga el envío a un costo similar al precio de la bici. Amazon se lava las manos diciendo que no fue vendida por Amazon y no se hace cargo. Hice una apelación y no responde! Entonces debo quedarme con un artículo que no se ajusta a mi medida y que no quiero y nadie responde!

This bike was one of three that I purchased. This bike was the winner and the others were returned for other reasons. The size if perfect for someone more petite. It is cute and works perfect for a teen or small adult like myself. I would recommend this bike and it was shipped and wrapped very well to avoid any needless scrapes or dings during the shipping process. Great item!

Very nice bike. 24" sits a little higher than other offerings. Packaging was great and assembly is super easy. Overall this is a very nice bike for the money. USPS dropped the ball on shipping but Amazon took care of it. Of note this bike is not stabilizer or training wheel friendly due to the coaster brake and chainguard lug locations. As they interfere with three options we tried.

I really like this bike. I love riding the bike in an upright position because with other bicycles I have to lean forward aching my back. I would suggest replacing the foam handles and adding a seat cushion if you plan to ride it for short errand like the grocery story.
