Legos may be one of the greatest toys ever invented
Legos may be one of the greatest toys ever invented. This car in particular was perfect for my five year old, it challenged him to follow the directions and has allowed him hours of fun.

3 in 1 Fun!
So far all the 3 in 1 sets I've gotten have been great! This one was no exception. As always, super Lego quality, but a bit overpriced. Still all three are fun builds and very creative. I wish Lego would do all their kits as 3 in 1.

Excellent piece variety, great color.
A great combination of pieces, especially in a nice orange color. Lots of building possibilities, way beyond the three offered by the instructions. Some nice advanced building techniques, as well.

My daughter (8) loves this car and it (and all Legos) are great toys/education tools to help with following directions, 3D construction, and are fun.

Our family loves the 3 in 1 Lego sets. This set displays typical Lego quality. Typical Lego quality means; each block fits perfectly, instructions that are easy to follow and never a missing piece.

I bought this item as a quick purchase for a ...
I bought this item as a quick purchase for a 3-4 year old. I admit that I am not into the Lego stuff, but maybe someday for him. As a warning to other's who's expectation might first be a play toy, instead of an assembly learning experience, this really is not a play toy. After it was assembled, within two minutes of playing with it, one small bump disassembled it quickly. Then after spending 10 minutes trying to reassemble it, it fell apart again and again. If you want to spend time assembling things, this is a okay purchase. If you want to spend 1/2 hour assembling a toy that lasts less than two minutes of semi-rough play, definitely do not buy this item. It will be all work ... and no play.

Bought for parts
I have a kid that, even as an older kid, loves to create with Legos. So much so, he looks at an item and realizes how he can use parts of one to build another. He now has a giant F-15, with movable parts and pieces made from various parts of other Legos including this one. He also likes to create Formula 1 and NASCAR cars. I don't think we've ever purchased a Lego where we've said "that was a mistake."
