Bought this even though I had something smaller and somewhat functional. So glad I did. This works amazing. I make sour dough bread and it comes right off. It is the perfect size to fit on counter and make a regular batch of bread or cookies. It also cleans up in a snap. I just scraped an off the flour and it sprayed right off. Great purchase for the price!

Great mat! I use this to cover my main working area and it fits perfectly and has worked like a charm. I se it for rolling out and forming doughs, as well as to just cover and protect my counters from stray flour, which can be tough to clean. This makes baking so much easier. It is perfectly non-stick, does not give a smell or taste to your food. It is versatile and can be used for candies, pies, cookies, and so much more.

The quality is incredibly well-made, durable, easy to store, and large enough to give you a really big work surface. I do not have to use any flour when making bread because it does not stick to the surface, which is perfect. I got this mat because I liked the BIG size. (At the same time I purchased a different brand of a smaller size for--no duh-- smaller projects.) I do like the big size. The mat does grip the counter so that it isn't shifting around all over the place. It is very easy to clean and even dries fairly quickly so it can go back into storage. What I DON'T like about it is stuff sticks to it. I thought I would be able to roll out pie, biscuit, or cookie dough without having to use handfuls of flour, but no such luck. Where there isn't enough flour under the dough this mat sticks even more than my old Tupperware mat did. (Updated review) AS A BAKING MAT: So, I first reviewed this mat after I'd tried it out in August 2021. Since then I hadn't used it often because it wasn't great for rolling out pie or cookie dough. A couple of days ago I pulled it out to decide what to do with it and discovered that folded in half it was almost the exact size I needed for my largest/favorite baking sheet. I used my rotary cutter to cut off a border and then cut the mat in half. Then I used a mat half to bake some chocolate chip cookies. The mat worked great! The cookies baked evenly and were easily scooped off the sheet with a metal spatula. Since it is somewhat tacky on the bottom, the mat doesn't slide off the pan like parchment paper tends to do. The mat has a nice thickness to it that allows me to -- now that I've cut it in half-- prepare one set of cookies on one mat while baking on the other (which wasn't as easily done on thin parchment paper). I'd already been considering purchasing a silicone baking mat, but was reluctant because I couldn't find the correct size for my baking pan. Now I have TWO the exact size I needed. Since I use copper grill and bake sheets for baking everything else, this (these) mat(s) will be used strictly for cookies.

I was hoping mat was little larger than it is. Measurements are exact! Nice an thick and easy to clean. I can wipe it off most of the time. It does not slide while you work on the counter! I would buy again

THE GREATEST SILICONE BAKING MAT EVER. Three of my family members used this over the holidays and they are all avid bakers and were HIGHLY impressed with the design, thickness, ease of use, the lack of slipping on the counter while using, and that it lies flat even if it’s been rolled up. Mine is rolled up 365 days a year but lays flat every time I use it. It wipes clean and is a GREAT value for the cost. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would use it even once per year.

Handy for rolling out pie crust or kneading bread. Helps keep my countertops clean. Sturdy and easy to clean. I just roll it up to store. Pleased with purchase.

I already had one. But seeing the product and the reviews on the net made be buy this one too cause it is said to be very large. But received regular size like the others available. The product is good but thrice costlier then available with same size
