Alot of people are deficient in this vitamin, it's a simple daily tablet for reassurance. Well worth the money.

I have these on 3 months auto order, but for some reason I ran out 2 weeks before scheduled delivery so had to put in an additional order. I'm still awaiting blood test results to see if they have changed anything as l'm expecting long term results.
